We appreciate your presence by the fire. This retreat promises to be an intimate gathering, where both seasoned and first-time participants bring their unique prayers, intentions, and heart medicine. We kindly ask everyone to extend kindness, patience, and respect to one another. We never truly know the journey another person is walking, and our shared space is dedicated to healing, connection, and community.
Please take a few moments to read all the information provided and plan your journey in advance.

πΏ Programme
Duration: approximately 2 hours
π―οΈ Arrival & Opening the Fire
12:00 β 1:00 pm
Participants arrive and are welcomed into the ceremonial space.
We begin by lighting the sacred fire and heating the volcanic stones, an essential part of the temazcal tradition. This time allows participants to settle, ground, and prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for the ceremony.
An introduction is offered, including guidance on intention-setting, safety, and the meaning of the temazcal as a space of purification, renewal, and connection to the elements.
