The full experience lasts approximately 2β4 hours.

Around 4:00 pm β Closing, grounding, and integration

The Sweat Lodge (Temazcal) ceremonies take place at our ceremonial land and facilities, set in a natural environment that supports grounding, privacy, and connection with the elements.

Please arrive on time to allow space for settling, introductions, and preparation before the fire is lit.

We recommend wearing comfortable, modest, and breathable clothing that allows you to sit, move, and sweat comfortably.

Swimwear or natural-fibre garments suitable for heat

Bare feet are welcome inside the ceremonial space
