Thank you for booking your place with us. We are happy to welcome you to CacaoMeloow, a special evening where ancestral ritual meets modern rhythm.
This gathering is designed as a journey — beginning with intention, prayer, and cacao, and unfolding into live drumming, music, movement, meditation, and celebration.
We invite you to arrive with presence, respect, and an open heart.
We look forward to sharing the fire, the music, and the medicine of community with you.

CacaoMeloow Programme
Arrival
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Guests arrive and are welcomed into the space.
Please come on time so we can begin together in a calm and respectful way.
Opening Circle & Elements Ritual
6:30 pm – 7:00 pm
We begin by opening the space in a traditional way, honouring the four elements: fire, water, wind, and earth.
This is a moment to arrive fully, ground, and set intention for the evening.
Cacao Ceremony in Silence
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm
We share cacao in a ceremonial way, followed by a short moment of silence and darkness to clear the mind, open the heart, and prepare inwardly for the journey.
Live Drumming Journey
7:30 pm – 8:15 pm
The music begins to rise through live drumming and other instruments, guiding the group into rhythm, presence, and connection.
Dance Journey & DJ Set
8:15 pm – 9:45 pm
From ceremony into celebration.
A journey of movement, dance, rhythm, and modern beats, held within a sacred atmosphere.
Meditation & Soft Landing
9:45 pm – 10:10 pm
We gradually soften the energy and return to stillness through meditation and grounding.
Closing Circle
10:10 pm – 10:30 pm
A final moment of gratitude, integration, and collective closing.
10:30 pm – Departure
Location: Berkeley Farm Project, Manor Road, Lambourne End, RM4 1NH
The nearest station is Hainault station on the central line. You can take a cab or Uber from the station, it costs around £8. If you are driving and wish to share your car please let me know to try to arrange lifts.
You can also park in the pub/restaurant just a few meters passed the Farm. This location can also be found in Google as Berkeley Farm Project.
Please arrange your journey before hand.
Important Information
What to bring
Comfortable clothes for movement and dancing
Warm layers for later in the evening
A water bottle
A journal if you wish
A shawl or blanket for meditation if desired
Bring offering for the altar and to share such fruits and food to share.
Food & Drink
A light cacao serving will be provided as part of the ceremony.
Please eat lightly beforehand and come well hydrated.
Respect for the space
Berkeley Farm is a special place used for community and healing work.
Please help us care for the land and leave no rubbish behind.
Substances
Please come with a clear presence and avoid recreational drugs and heavy alcohol before the event.
Phones
We encourage you to keep phone use to a minimum so the space can remain present and connected.
Music & Atmosphere
This evening moves from ritual and silence into rhythm, dance, and celebration. We ask everyone to honour both parts of the journey with respect.

Please be mindful of the privacy of others and of the sacred nature of the work.
What is shared in the circle should be held with care.
