Month 1: Foundations & safety
History and cosmology of the sweat lodge.

One sweat lodge focused on protection, humility, and prayer.
Month 2: Fire module

Working with the fire: tending, respect, protocols.
Songs, prayers, and offerings to the fire.
One or two sweat lodges focused on purification and courage.
Month 3: Water module

Use of water in lodge, on the stones, in prayer.
Learning to balance intensity with care and cooling.
One or two sweat lodges focused on emotional healing and grief.
Month 4: Air module

Working with breath, silence, and sound in ceremony.
Responsibility of spoken word and prayer in the lodge.

Month 5: Earth module

Grounding practices, walking on the land, listening to place.

Month 6: Fasting, silence & integration
One weekend of dry fasting (or adapted fast) and silent meditation, held and supervised.
Time in nature alone to listen and receive vision.
Closing sweat lodge(s) to integrate, give thanks, and set commitments.
Sharing circle, next steps, and ongoing mentorship.
Ongoing elements

Sliding scale pricing idea

Pays full rate plus supports concessions.
For people with stable income, savings, and access to holidays.
Standard (middle income)
Covers basic costs and fair payment for teachers.
For people who can meet bills but have limited extra.
Supported (concession)
Reduced rate for low income, carers, students, or those in financial hardship.
Limited places, sometimes combined with work‑exchange.
