SWEAT LODGE CONFIRMATION INFORMATION

& PAYMENT.

Greetings Everyone,

We appreciate your presence by the fire. This retreat promises an intimate gathering, where both seasoned and novice participants bring their unique prayers and heart medicine. We request you to extend kindness and respect towards one another. Each individual's journey is unknown, and our space is dedicated to healing.

We eagerly anticipate meeting all of you around the comforting warmth of the fire.

🌿 Sweat Lodge (Temazcal) Ceremony Programme

Duration: approximately 2–4 hours

🕯️ Arrival & Opening the Fire

12:00 – 1:00 pm

Participants arrive and are welcomed into the ceremonial space.
We begin by lighting the sacred fire and heating the volcanic stones, an essential part of the temazcal tradition. This time allows participants to settle, ground, and prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for the ceremony.

An introduction is offered, including guidance on intention-setting, safety, and the meaning of the temazcal as a space of purification, renewal, and connection to the elements.

🔥 Entering the Sweat Lodge

Around 1:00 pm

Once the stones are ready, we enter the sweat lodge.
The temazcal represents the womb of Mother Earth — a space for release, reflection, and rebirth.

The ceremony unfolds through four doors, each one marking a different moment of the journey.

🌑 The Four Doors of the Temazcal

Approximately 1:00 – 3:30 pm

Each door is a ceremonial round inside the lodge.
Between doors, the lodge is opened briefly to allow rest, hydration, and fresh air.

  • First Door – Grounding and intention
Connecting to the body, breath, and the present moment.

  • Second Door – Cleansing and release
Letting go of physical, emotional, and energetic heaviness.

  • Third Door – Clarity and inner strength
Supporting insight, balance, and reconnection with inner wisdom.

  • Fourth Door – Gratitude and integration
Honouring the journey, the elements, and the shared ceremonial space.

Prayers, silence, song, and presence guide each door.

🌿 Closing & Integration

Around 3:30 – 4:00 pm

The ceremony is gently closed, allowing time for grounding, rest, and integration.

Participants are invited to reflect, hydrate, and reconnect slowly with the outer world.

🤍 Facilities & Care

Our facilities include:

  • Showers and toilets

  • A resting area (yurt and outdoor space)

  • Nourishing food provided after the ceremony to support grounding and integration

We aim to create a safe, held, and respectful environment where participants can move at their own pace.
